The Council for Responsible Nutrition-International (CRN-I) Scientific Symposium was held on Friday, 2 December 2016 at Le Meridien Hotel, Hamburg, Germany—close to the Hamburg Airport. The Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU) meeting will be held nearby at the Ramada, Hamburg-Bergedorf. This one-day symposium is specifically intended for CCNFSDU attendees.Cutting-edge and thought-provoking presentations by experts from Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States comprised the agenda.
